The Ones To Watch: Vel Easy of BroFloe Music Group

Here at C&C it is our goal as a blog to be fresh and inspiring, as well as spotlight others who are doing their own thing and following their dreams.  This week we highlight BroFloe Music Group artist Vel Easy, who was spotted wearing our C&C x C&R Just Hustle Tee in his new music video “T.O.N.E.”

 

Vel Easy, real name Charvelle Scott, is a Hip-Hop artist that hit the scene in Summer 2011 with his first mixtape Dope Kicks, Cargoes and Tees, a collection of smooth beats and a laid back delivery that is his signature style.  The 24 year old Springfield, MA native grew up around music with his father being a DJ and his mother a member of their church choir. Vel naturally moved toward rapping and making beats early in life.

 

After getting his degree from Westfield State University in 2011, he got serious about his music career and hasn’t looked back since.  His team BroFloe Music Group is a collection of talented hard-working individuals who are focused on making great music and accomplishing their dreams.  Hence the name BroFloe: Brother’s Focused Lifelong On Everything.

 

Both of Vel Easy’s mixtape Dope Kicks, Cargoes and Tees and Blue Light Dreams are available now for streaming and download on DatPiff.com. His new project, 2kVeLz, is a series of mixtapes dropping throughout 2012. And watch the “T.O.N.E.” video on YouTube.
